PROCEDURES
Playbooks
Each playbook is a procedure, not an essay: who acts, what they need, how to verify it worked, how it fails.
| Playbook | Use it when |
|---|---|
| Manual override procedure | You need to prove a system can be stopped by hand |
| Prompt injection in a clinical workflow | An assistant with write access reads untrusted text |
| AI vendor due diligence | Before you sign, and again before you renew |
How these are written
Six parts, in order: trigger, owner, prerequisites, steps, completion criteria, recovery. A procedure that has never been rehearsed is a sentence in a document.
Never rehearse on a medical device, a lift, gas equipment, or anything that keeps someone alive or mobile. Simulate, or get the owner’s written authority and continuity cover.
